Shipping
Currently, we offer shipping to the continental US and select countries in Europe. Please contact us at services@ativafit.com to confirm if we can ship to your location before placing your order.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners.
Product
We are unable to accept returns at this time.
If your product is malfunctioning, defective, or damaged in shipping, we will replace it according to our 1-Year Extended Guarantee below.
Replacement parts are available for purchase up request.
