Drawing on 30 years of product development experience, we realized that a dumbbell of up to 66 lbs is suitable for general family use. Our compact and user-friendly dumbbell, which contains 12 weights, fits well for weight training for each family member. With safety and practicality in mind, we use metal weight-changing discs for increased stability when loading weight plates.
